These Terms govern your use of the Raundup mobile application ("Raundup", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them.

Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not post, send, or use Raundup to share content that:

• Is illegal, harassing, threatening, hateful, or defamatory.
• Is sexually explicit, or sexual content involving or targeting minors.
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity.
• Is spam, or promotes a scam or fraud.
• Incites violence or self-harm.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.

Reporting & Blocking

If another user's content or behavior violates these Terms, you can report or block them directly from their profile in the app. We review reports and take action — including warnings, content removal, or account suspension — where appropriate.

Your Account

You are responsible for the content you post and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Raundup.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

Disclaimer

Raundup is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of users at events organized through the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Raundup after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
